Depending upon the venue, rentals are either for:

  • Two hours minimum and four hours maximum. Half-hour blocks will be charged at half the rate of $15 per hour.
  • Two hours maximum for a flat fee of $50.

Once your request has been confirmed, you have two business days to pay for the park reservation. This can be done one of two ways. You may call the Parks & Recreation office at 325-657-4279 and pay over the phone with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) or you may pay in person at the Parks & Recreation office at 702 S. Chadbourne St. from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Mondays-Fridays. 

If payment has not been made in two business days, the request to reserve the park will be deleted and reopened to the public.

Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation will not receive a refund. In the event of a rainout, reservations can remain as a credit for up to 30 days.
