City of San Angelo 

July 1, 2020 - (document link) Tom Green County Parks closed for all activities beginning on July 2  

June 25, 2020 - (document link) Local health authority issues order: All retail stores that have a posted occupancy load of 100 persons or more within Tom Green County, Texas shall require all customers 10 years or older and all employees to wear a mask or cloth that covers the mouth and nose while they are within the store or within 6 feet of a person from another household when they are outside the store and on store property.

All businesses not otherwise covered by this order are strongly recommended to similarly require mask for all customers and employees.

June 25, 2020 - (document link) All City and County parks and recreation areas will be closed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. for all purposes, including overnight camping

June 24, 2020 - (document link) Prohibits any outdoor events (City or County, unless approved by the county judge) over 100 people and any public event with more than 100 people in any City facility

May 20, 2020 - (document link) Local Health Authority rescinds previous orders regarding public areas at hotels; recreational activities 

May 7, 2020 - (document link) - Local health authority closes all Tom Green County parks, beginning May 7 at 6 p.m. and running through May 31, 2020 

May 1, 2020 - (document link) - Local health authority order: prohibits congregation of guests within common areas at hotels, motels RV and camping facilities.

April 30, 2020 - (document link) - Local health authority order: states some entertainment/recreational facilities are still closed; rescinds several previous orders including limiting occupancy of stores and requiring masks; regulations on golf courses; and removing a requirement that masks be worn in public settings to recommending masks being worn. The local health authority also added a provision requiring any public/private/commercial employers within Tom Green County report COVID-19 tests to the Tom Green County Health Authority. 

April 30, 2020 - (English document linkSpanish document link) - Extending our declaration to follow Governor Abbott’s direction. Today we passed an order that continues the declaration of disaster in the City of San Angelo. Of particular note in the order is the reopening of the KOA walking trail on Hillside Drive. Parking will be limited to prevent congregating. This will take effect Monday, May 4, at midnight. The order also allows the City to continue to waive late fees for water utility payments through May 31.
