Statement on online water payments

Post Date:08/17/2018

Some water customers have noticed irregularities with their credit card accounts after recently paying their monthly statement through Click2Gov, which is accessed through the City’s website.

Water customers who make online payments are advised to monitor their credit card accounts for unauthorized charges. Our third-party vendor is analyzing data to determine the extent of any security breaches. As soon as the City knows more, we will report that to our customers.

In the meantime, online payments have been disabled. Payments may be made by calling 325-657-4323. Payments can also be made via cash or check at City Hall Annex from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. weekdays. A 24-hour dropbox is also available at that location.
